These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) along with other policies available on our platform forms a legally binding agreement between You and Cloudy Wing Media (PS10).
By approving these Terms, you agree to be bound by the following conditions and understand the responsibilities.
Introduction:
PS10 is brand of Cloudy Wing Media, It’s skill based fantasy App in India.
PS10 is short name of “Players Station 10” and working as short name PS10.
User Registration:
To access and use our services, you are required to complete the registration process. User registration process allow via mobile number only. Once you created account successfully then save your login details.
If at any time Company believes that your account is being misused in any manner, or that the information provided by you during the registration process is not true, inaccurate or incomplete the Company reserves the right to cancel your account and block your access.
Know Your Customer (KYC):
To withdrawal winning amount user must be completed their KYC first. Implementing KYC (Know Your Customer) for app registration involves verifying the identity of users to prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance security.
User must have to provide all of the following information.
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Gender
- Date Of Birth
- Your Permanent Address
- Bank Account Details
- Required Document(Aadhar number/ Pan card number)
Eligibility:
Ensuring that users are at least 18 years old or older depending on local laws, is a critical part of complying with legal requirements.

GST Compliance and Deductions:
We are committed to adhering to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations as mandated by the Government of India. This section outlines our policies regarding GST compliance and deductions. Cloudy Wing Media is obligated to collect GST at the rate of 28% (28% of the deposit amount) from the amount deposited by users for playing on PS10.
Termination:
We are dedicated to providing a secure and positive experience for all our users. Violation of security-related terms may result in suspension or termination of the user's account or access to the app.
Payment Terms:
The payment process in PS10 typically involves several steps to facilitate transactions securely and efficiently.
All transactions will be made on Indian Rupees only. The payment will be deposit and withdrawal via payment gateway.
Payments made via UPI, credit card, debit card, internet banking and other modes.
We are not responsible for any delays or denials on their end, and payment processing will be governed solely by their policies and procedures, without any liability or risk on our part. Once a payment/transaction is authorized, the funds are credited to your user account and are available for participating.

Gaming rule would be change in time to time according the users skill and requirements.
Gaming rule will be same for all users and some restriction on number of contests.
Winner and Withdrawal Process:
Our system will check the data, once game timing completed for that game on App After that a short time periods ,all users can check their status on App.
Winners user amount will be credited on their wallet account and there will be a minimum amount for withdrawal money from wallet to bank account.
Users must have completed KYC before withdrawal amount from wallet to their bank account. Some time it takes time to withdrawal amount successfully on their account.
If in case you did not get amount on your account then you can contact us via our support.
User Communication:

Refund Policy:

Additionally, if you have paid any fees for a transaction on PS10 and an error occurs, it is crucial to report the issue within 3 days from the date of the transaction.PS10 will carefully review the transaction details, including any applicable fees, errors, or system malfunctions, and will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. This may include refunds, adjustments, or other corrective measures based on the circumstances of the issue. Please ensure that you provide all relevant details and supporting documentation when reaching out to support to facilitate a quicker resolution. If a refund is approved following the review of a deposit, withdrawal, or transaction issue on PS10, the refund amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. This process typically takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the policies and processing times of your bank or payment provider.Once the refund is initiated, you may receive a confirmation notification from PS10. However, the actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary based on external financial institutions. If the refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider for further updates.
